Jessica is a UX designer, leader, and educator based in Chattanooga, TN, USA. She works closely with the Center Centre – UIE team to develop products and services that support UX designers at all levels of their careers.
Jessica has led design projects of all sizes, from the planning stages to deployment and delivery. She’s managed multiple teams of early-career design professionals. As a faculty member at Center Centre, the UX design school, she guided students in their two-year UX learning journey—helping them grow from early-stage learners to well-rounded designers who can join a team and get to work on day one.
She dedicates much of her time to the UX community. Jessica has spoken internationally at many design conferences and appeared on numerous UX podcasts. She’s published dozens of articles for UX designers on her blog and on Medium.
